This series is called “Word in Song.” Each week we will look at a song from pop-culture that we can link to scripture. Our message today is “Man in the Mirror,” a song by Michael Jackson. Today’s message speaks to the way that we have to see ourselves accurately so that we be the change we want to see in the world. We sing a song of the heart when we sing of the Gospel message.
Our scripture readings come from James 1:19-27 and Luke 6:37-45.
