Our current series explores the “7 Deadly Sins.” This series will explore a differnt one of the infamous sins every week. Our message this week is “Lust” and looks at what it means for our desires to make us lose our way. What happens when we let our passions overtake our ablity to make good choices? We must think about our actions and how we always must turn back to God.
Our scripture readings come from 2 Samuel 11:2-16; James 1:13-18; and Matthew 5:27-32.
We come closer to the end of our 7 Deadly Sins series with today’s message, “Lust.” We hear about David and his giving in to lust, bit what is lust? What makes it so deadly? What does honesty have to do with it? How do we avoid dangerous desires? We explore this and more as we explore the 7 deadly sins.
