Our series for June is called “On Demand.” This series will focus on how the world is always on with everything expected immediately. Our message this week is “Fact Checking” and looks at how we need to make sure that what we share with others is the truth. We have to slow down so that we may experience Christ in our lives.

Our scripture readings come from Deuteronomy 19:15–20; Ephesians 4:20-28; and John 8:31-47.

There won’t be a service posted next Sunday as Pastor Cam will be on vacation.

Our Advent series is Hope is Born. Each week we look at a different aspect of how we prepare ourselves for hope. The message for today is “Waiting” and is a look what it means to wait for hope. Is it hard to have hope? To have patience? In a year full of turmoil and waiting, how can we continue to wait? Where is our hope? We prepare our hearts to receive the hope that was born on Christmas Day.

Our scripture readings for today come from Isaiah 64:1-9;1 Corinthians 1:3-9; and Mark 13:24-37.

Our series is Simple Thoughts. In it, we will be exploring a few of the simple thoughts I have had over these last few months. The fourth and last of these is “A Little Trust” and looks at what faith means. Is our faith just something that sits there? What does patience have to do with trust? What does it really mean to trust God and in God? These are some simple thoughts in complex times.

Our scripture reading for today comes from Proverbs 22:1-9; 1 Timothy 6:3-10; Matthew 6:19-24.
