Our series is Means of Grace. In it, we will be exploring spiritual practices that help us grow in discipleship. The third of these is “A Mind for Study” and looks at why we study. How should we study? What is the purpose for study? What happens when we regularly study Scripture? Can we make it a regular part of our lives? As we explore how we interact with God, we grow in faith and love.

Our scripture reading for today comes from Proverbs 2:1-15, James 1:2-5, and Luke 2:41-52.

Pentecost marks the end of our Easter series, Discover Hope. Our final message is “A Greater Understanding” and it contrasts two biblical accounts of speech being changed. How do the Tower of Babel story and the Pentecost narrative work together? Do we build our own towers? Are we being disciples or are we making them? Join us as we rediscover hope this Easter season!

Our scripture readings come from Genesis 11:1-9 and Acts 2:1-21.
